Effective August 15, 2026 · Owner: AI Robot Attorney · Nevada, United States

Important: These policies govern use of AI Robot Attorney. The website provides general information and attorney advertising only. It is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not create an attorney-client relationship.

PART ONE

Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how AI Robot Attorney ("AI Robot Attorney," "we," "us," or "our") handles information when you visit airobotattorney.com and related pages we operate (the "Site").

2. Information you choose to provide

The public Site does not offer visitor accounts, legal-intake forms, case-submission forms, or evidence uploads. Site search fields operate to display public content or directory results and are not designed to create a visitor profile or permanently store the text you enter.

If you contact us by email, you voluntarily provide your email address and the contents of your message. Do not send confidential legal, medical, financial, or case-sensitive information. Emailing us does not create an attorney-client relationship, and we may retain and use the message to respond, maintain business records, prevent abuse, and comply with law.

3. Technical and operational data

Our hosting, security, network, and service providers may automatically process limited technical information necessary to deliver and protect the Site, such as an Internet Protocol address, browser and device type, requested pages, timestamps, referring page, and security or error logs. We may receive aggregated or de-identified usage information. We do not use the Site to sell a visitor’s personal information.

4. Cookies and analytics

We do not currently place advertising cookies or use visitor accounts. Essential technologies may be used by infrastructure providers to operate, secure, and diagnose the Site. If we later add analytics, advertising, subscriptions, forms, or other data practices, we will update this Policy and provide any notice or choices required by applicable law.

5. How information may be used or disclosed

Information may be used to operate and secure the Site, respond to messages, evaluate and improve performance, investigate misuse, enforce these Terms, protect rights and safety, complete a business transaction, and comply with legal obligations. It may be disclosed to service providers acting for us; professional advisers; authorities or other parties when reasonably necessary for legal, security, or safety purposes; or a successor in a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets.

6. Attorney and third-party websites

The Site may link to attorneys, law firms, courts, agencies, publishers, and other third parties. Clicking an external link, telephone link, or email link may send information directly to that third party under its own privacy practices. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party websites or their handling of information.

7. Retention and security

We retain information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and security. No transmission or storage system is guaranteed to be completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute security.

8. Children

The Site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Site. A parent or guardian who believes a child provided personal information may contact us to request review and deletion.

9. Privacy choices and Nevada requests

You may ask about personal information you directly provided to us or request its correction or deletion, subject to legal exceptions, by emailing info@airobotattorney.com. Nevada residents may also submit a verified request concerning the sale of covered information. We do not currently sell covered information as that term is defined by Nevada law.

10. Policy changes

We may revise this Policy as the Site changes. The updated version will be posted here with a new effective date. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law.

PART TWO

Terms of Use

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement or use the Site with permission of a parent or legal guardian.

2. General information—not legal advice

All articles, summaries, search results, directory content, and other materials are for general informational and educational purposes only. They are not legal advice, a legal opinion, or a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney who has reviewed your facts. Laws, regulations, deadlines, and case status can change, and information may be incomplete, outdated, or inapplicable to your jurisdiction.

AI Robot Attorney is not a law firm, attorney referral service, or your lawyer. Your use of the Site, a search, or a communication with us does not create an attorney-client, fiduciary, confidential, or other professional relationship. Do not rely on the Site to calculate or preserve a filing deadline. For an emergency, contact emergency services; for legal advice, contact a qualified lawyer promptly.

3. Attorney directory and advertising

Attorney profiles, badges, placement, and promotional content may be paid advertisements supplied by participating attorneys or firms. Inclusion, order, prominence, or a “featured” label is not an endorsement, recommendation, guarantee, certification, or verification of qualifications, licensing, discipline history, availability, results, or suitability. Users are solely responsible for independently evaluating an attorney, confirming current licensure and disciplinary status with the relevant bar authority, and deciding whether to engage that attorney.

AI Robot Attorney is not a party to any attorney-client engagement, fee agreement, communication, representation, or dispute. Attorneys and firms are solely responsible for their profiles, advertising compliance, professional obligations, advice, services, fees, and results. No outcome is promised.

4. Permitted use

We grant you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access and use the Site for lawful, personal, noncommercial research. No ownership rights are transferred.

5. Prohibited conduct

You may not: copy, scrape, crawl, harvest, republish, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit Site content or directory data without written permission; use automated means to extract content except a standard search engine indexing publicly accessible pages in accordance with our technical instructions; train or improve an artificial-intelligence or machine-learning system using Site content; impersonate another person; submit false, misleading, infringing, or unlawful material; probe, bypass, disrupt, overload, or compromise Site security; introduce malicious code; remove notices; or use the Site in violation of law or another person’s rights.

6. Third-party content and links

Third-party materials and links are provided for convenience and context. We do not control, adopt, warrant, or assume responsibility for them. Court, agency, and other primary records control over our summaries. Accessing or dealing with a third party is at your own risk and subject to that party’s terms.

7. Accuracy, availability, and changes

We work to present useful information but do not warrant that content is accurate, complete, current, error-free, secure, or continuously available. We may correct, remove, restrict, suspend, or modify any content, feature, listing, or the Site at any time without liability or advance notice.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, SECURITY, OR RESULTS. YOUR USE AND RELIANCE ARE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI ROBOT ATTORNEY AND ITS OWNERS, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, REPRESENTATIVES, AND PERSONNEL WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OPPORTUNITIES; MISSED DEADLINES; PERSONAL INJURY; OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM RELIANCE ON SITE CONTENT, AN ATTORNEY LISTING, THIRD-PARTY CONDUCT, OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THEIR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID DIRECTLY TO AI ROBOT ATTORNEY FOR USE OF THE SITE DURING THE SIX MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AI Robot Attorney and its owners, affiliates, service providers, representatives, and personnel from claims, liabilities, losses, judgments, damages, costs, and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising from your unlawful or unauthorized use of the Site, your content or communications, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.

11. Governing law and forum

These Terms and disputes relating to them or the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any law that gives you a nonwaivable right to another forum, the state and federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada will have exclusive jurisdiction, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.

12. General provisions

These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement concerning public use of the Site and supersede prior understandings on that subject. If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary and the remainder will remain effective. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent; we may assign ours in connection with operating or transferring the Site. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

PART THREE

Intellectual Property & Copyright

Ownership

The Site’s original selection, arrangement, branding, designs, interfaces, graphics, logos, databases, compilations, article text, summaries, and other original content are owned by or licensed to AI Robot Attorney and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. “AI Robot Attorney,” associated branding, and source identifiers are claimed as trade names, trademarks, or service marks to the extent protected by law. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

Restrictions and reservations

Except for the limited personal-use license expressly granted in these Terms, all rights are reserved. No content may be reproduced, modified, distributed, displayed, framed, mirrored, used to build a competing directory or publication, or used for machine-learning training without prior written permission, except to the extent a limitation is prohibited by law or a use is independently authorized by applicable law.

Attorney-provided and submitted material

A person who supplies profile information, logos, articles, feedback, or other material represents that they have the rights and authority needed to provide it. They grant AI Robot Attorney a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, edit for clarity or presentation, display, distribute, and promote that material for operating and marketing the Site and directory. This license ends for future use when we remove the material, except for reasonable archival, legal, and already-distributed promotional copies.

Copyright concerns

If you believe Site material infringes your copyright, email info@airobotattorney.com with your name and contact details, identification of the protected work, the exact Site location of the challenged material, an explanation of your rights and the alleged infringement, and a statement that the information you provide is accurate. We may remove or restrict material while reviewing a credible notice.
